Online Mental Health Gym

I’ve been reflecting a lot recently on the roller-coaster 18 months we’ve had and how challenging its been. Though it’s lovely to get out and about a bit more, adapting to the “new normal” isn’t easy either!

It’s that time of year when the winter blues settle in and various lurgies are making their way round, too. I think it’s pretty normal to have days where it’s all a bit much.

That being said, it’s also nice to find ways to help to manage stress so that these days of feeling overwhelmed crop up less frequently.

I’ve been looking into daily practices I can adopt to help my mental health and wellbeing. I’ve just joined this online mental health gym which is a free service provided by Sanctus. They do morning journaling sessions and virtual coffee breaks as well as other classes to support mental health.
